Cohen brings to IAG Aero Group more than 40 years of finance and capital markets experience, an extensive background in financial planning and operations, management and strategy, and a deep knowledge of accelerated organic growth. He most recently served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of HSD Holdings; an industry leading SaaS based loan management software company.

 

Prior to his role at HSD Holdings, Cohen served as COO of Interlick, an internet advertising network serving over 5 billion advertisements per month.

 

Cohen has also helped finance and grow commercial aviation MRO companies, including NexGen Aero and Preferred Composite Services.
